How to set up Outlook Express for a Microlink Mail Account

First, open up Outlook Express. Click on Tools, and then Accounts, as shown below:

Next, click on the 'mail' tab, and click the Add button, selecting "Mail"

Enter your full name. This is the name that will appear on all your outgoing messages.

Click Next

Enter in your Microlink E-mail address

Click Next

Enter kitwe.microlink.zm as the incoming and outgoing mail servers

Click Next

Enter your username and password

Click Next

Click Finish -- but you're not yet done...

Next, go to Tools -> Accounts. Highlight your Microlink account, and click "Properties". Under the "Servers" tab, make sure "My Server Requires Authentication" is checked.

Now you're done!
