Troubleshooting Network Problems



If your wireless link goes down, please try the following before calling our office:

1) Unplug your radio from power, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in. Make sure the socket is working.

2) Check that the network cables are firmly plugged in to your hub or gateway computer.

3) Reboot your computer

If your link is still down, please contact us so that we can help you solve the problem.
